Open the Activities overview.

At the bottom right of the screen, click on one of the four workspaces to activate the workspace.

Click on the workspace partially displayed on the right-hand side of the current workspace to view the open windows on the next workspace. If the currently selected workspace is not the leftmost, click the workspace partially displayed on the left-hand side to view the previous workspace.

If more than one workspace is being used, then you can also click on the workspace selector between the search field and the window list to directly access another workspace.

Click on the workspace to activate the workspace.

Using the keyboard:

Press SuperPage Up or CtrlAltUp to move to the workspace shown left of the current workspace in the workspace selector.

Press Ctrl Alt to move to the workspace shown left of the current workspace on the workspace selector.

Press SuperPage Down or CtrlAltDown to move to the workspace shown right of the current workspace in the workspace selector.

Press Ctrl Alt to move to the workspace shown right of the current workspace on the workspace selector.
