You can check the contents of a keypair to see the properties of a subkey.

To see all the subkeys in a PGP key:

Select the GnuPG keys from the left side panel.

Select the Personal PGP key.

Right click on the key chosen in the previous step and select PropertiesDetails.

If the Subkeys panel is not expanded, expand it.

All the subkeys for the selected PGP key will be listed in the panel.

While signing another key, Passwords and Keys automatically chooses the master key for signing, when you select a GnuPG keys keypair to sign with.
